 Dr. Frost, DNP, MC, PMHNP-BC has over 40 years experience in the mental health field, and utilizes a caring and holistic approach.  She believes in working as a team with the client, towards a balanced mood and life. Dr. Frost has worked in psychiatric hospitals, clinics, private practice, as a college professor, and textbook author. She is highly skilled with medication management, and is certified in Ericksonian hypnotherapy. She enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, reading, music, theater, and relaxing in the forest or near the ocean.
